What document have package marking information for LIS2DH12?

WHO_AM_I =33h

same as

LIS2DE12 or LIS2DE.

    Unfortunately, you would need to send the parts to ST for identification.

    Because it is very tiny package there is only 2D code which contains several information (for example manufacturing date) so the marking is changing.

    It is not possible to provide a single marking picture.
