PDN impedance recommendation? ASM330LHH

I'm optimizing the decoupling capacitors of the board using PDN analysis with ansys siwave tool.
And I need to set the requirement for the IC.
Do you have a recommendation for that?
For example, the IC needs: 0.1ohms between 0 and 10MHz, then 0.2ohms between 10-20Mhz, and so...
