problem with acceleration amplitude in IIS2DH

We tested the IIS2DH sensor on a shaker.
Accelerometer Settings:
- ODR = 5376
- Full-scale = +/- 16g
- Low-power mode.
- High-pass filter bypassed
Shaker Settings:
- frequency 1 kHz
- acceleration amplitude 13.592 g
As a result, the accelerometer registered an acceleration amplitude of 2 g less than the real one.
