Problem with setup of HS sensor DataLog application for STWINKT1

Hello everyone, i'm a beginner,

I recently bought a STWINKT1. I'm trying to setup the HSDataLog, using the: '' quick start guide HS sensor dataLog application for STWINKT1. Running USB_DataLog_Run.bat the results is: no devices. I installed STM32CubeProgrammer, and the software correctly work. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi @RMess.1​ , sorry for the late feedback mostly due to vacation time... if I well understand your problem, you run USB_DataLog_Run.bat but it is not able to detect you, right? Did you configured the related VCOM port in the correct way (as shown in the below picture)?
