Problems getting started with Sensor Tile

I am having a hard time getting started with the SensorTile and need some help. I am using CubeMx (v5.3.0) for the STM32L476JGYx selection, and observe the following result when I try to debug -

I have an ST-Link/v2 and J-Link EDU on-hand if useful. I have a new SensorTile & breakout coming soon, our team has need to get this running please let me know your thoughts when available.

Can you connect using STLink-Utility?

Cable orientation is OK?

Can you connect to some different STM32 target with this STLink/Nucleo?
