Hello!

my name is Franz Joseph Pal and I am a PhD student at the University of Applied Sciences in Karlsruhe, Germany.

My work as a PhD student involves a comparison of different MEMS sensors and their specifications. The goal is to work out the requirements of the sensors for vibration analysis.

We plan to publish a paper with first results at the end of October and want to refer to the whitepaper "Capacitive MEMS accelerometer for condition monitoring" from ST. Is it possible to know the exact date when this whitepaper was published so that we can properly reference it?

link of resource: https://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/technical/document/white_paper/group0/c0/30/46/2f/00/24/42/1c/Capacitive_MEMS_accelerometer_for_condition_monitoring/files/MEMS_Condition_monitoring.pdf/jcr:content/translations/en.MEMS_Condition_monitoring.pdf

Thanks in advance.

Greetings,

Franz Joseph Pal

@Community member thx for your reply. Last time i checked was directly through the search bar on ST's website where the publishing date wasnt shown: https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/search.html#q=Capacitive%20MEMS%20accelerometer%20for%20condition%20monitoring-t=resources-page=1

Also, unfortunately, the version number and release date cannot be found in the document itself ;)
