red light freezed in STEVAL-MKSBOX1V1

i connected sensortile.box to charger and simultaneously i was uploading the app in expert mode usimg inputs

  1. Temp Sensor
  2. Humidity Sensor
  3. Pressure Sensor
  4. Microphone

and function as FFT

and saving output to sd card it got freexed at red light and app was not uploaded.

Pls tell me why is that happening??

    Hi @Pgarg.1​ , if you wasn't able to recover your ST,box exiting and entering again in the ST BLE Sensor app, you can un-screw the box, check if the battery is connected and, if so, unplugging and plugging it again and back to the smartphone app (ST BEL Sensor) with the battery plugged. Regards

    yes that helped to turn on the app but also the ST BLE Sensor app unable to detect BLE of the sensor.tile box and then i unscrewed the box again and restart it by pressing the power button and after that it got reflected now again the issue arise of uploading of your app when i am uploading my expert mode customized app.
