Requirement power supply to LIS2DH12

Dear all,

I'm researching and designing hardware on this mems LIS2DH12.

But I can't find any parameters ralative to noisy, ripple voltage ... to make sure perfomance of accel.

So could you share some documents about hardware design note??

I'm going to use a buck ic to power.

Hi Tan Tu @TNguy.15​ ,

on page 20 of the LIS2DH12 datasheet you can see that there are the common values for the capacitors that maintain a good static Vdd for the sensor.

the absolute Vdd values that must not be exceeded are shown in table 6 on page 12 of the same datasheet.

from these value you can derive if your circuit is able to maintain the right Vdd or if you should consider to use a multiphase buck, or some other converter to power up the sensor.

regarding the design note, I can link you this technical note, but it does not involve voltage consideration, just PCB design tips.
