SensorTile.box Firmware upgrade

Hi everyone,

I have been stuck at a problem. Initially i tryied to upgrade the firmware on SensorTile.box through the ST BLE Sensor App with some demos without any problems.

Once i tryied to upgrade the BLEFOTA_BL_1.0.0.bin file through the app, so, without any modification of the firmware, and the SensorTile.box seems to not work. In particular it isn't sensed by the USB connector and by the Bluetooth, so i can't upgrade the firmware yto make it working again. What can i do in order to reset it in some way?

Hi @EDimr.1​ ,

It seems that your board is stuck in the Bootloader section of the fimware...

It could be related to a known (and under fixing) issue, so I kindly ask you to try the attached recovery procedure (and attached .bin firmware) and give me a feedback if the operation of your SensorTile.box is recovered thanks to this flow.
