SensorTile.box #NaN: How to safely recover your SensorTile.box in case it shows any problem

You may have sometimes experienced some issue with your SensorTile.box, especially during or after a new firmware upload.

For this reason, we setup a procedure (the simplest procedure, we hope) enabling you recover your board with the last available firmware. The procedure is described in the attached presentation.

You don't need any additional hardware to run this procedure (only a PC with admin rights and a standard micro USB cable, the same of many smartphones).

I follow the procedure but my SensorTile.Box is not recognized on the application.

Nothing happen after I release the BOOT button once the USB is plugged.

Thanks, it was due to my cable, it did not support data sync, so I was finally be able to upload the new FW.
