Hi I have four questions please:

1- is there a new version of the UM2499 pdf manual, as most of the links are broken ?

2- I get this error with IBM watson IoT quickstart - (kCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 2), i get this in different Iphones. As i though its DNS issue.

3- MQTT is not working I am trying to link to ThingSpeak, i get the connection but no data to thingspeak brocker.

4- i can't get the windows and mac to see the sensor box in Unicleo-GUI, i can see everything in device manager and no yellow error but Unicleo-GUI doesn't seem to see it

I never worked with MQTT, so I don't know how you tried to connect it to the sensortile.box.

are you using the default fw on the sensortile.box?

are you using the latest app version?

Hi Niccolo, thank you for the reply. I can connect to the broker (I am using thingspeak), the point though is the topic for publish/subscribe, so i can not read anything using the topic format as many brokers dictate the topic format. MQTT is the most important part in the whole tilebox app. I am using latest of everything. my question is that ST partener who built the tilebox must have test it on something to make sure it works the instructions on UM2499 are extremely limited and do not go into detail enough to make a successful MQTT connections. So my questions is that there must more detail or example on using the MQTT functionality in the tilebox. Thank you again for the reply. H

let me get this straight: you want to send data from the sensortile.box to the thingspeak brocker, right?

what type of data are you trying to send?

how are you telling the sensortile.box to send data?
