ST BLE sensor APP can't connect

I cannot connect to the ST sensor tile.box when using the ST BLE sensor APP. What should I do?

Hi @Margaret ,

You have to use the "ST BLE sensor Classic" as app. this is the old app for the sensortile.box (old board version as your). The "ST BLE Sensor" app is the new app for sensortile.box PRO (the new board version).
