STEVAL-MKI109V2 will not work with UART interface

Good morning,

I have been having an issue bringing up the STEVAL-MKI109V2 with the STEVAL-MKI151V1 board. By following the user manual I open up Putty after plugging the device into my PC however the serial interface seems to be unresponsive. I followed the steps in the user manual and made sure the driver is installed. The device manager recognizes the board. In addition, the jumpers all seem to be hooked up in their configuration. Any ideas as to why serial communication is unresponsive? I set up putty to 115200 Baudrate, 8 data bits, 1 stop bit and not parity bits or flow control. I am also running windows 10.

hi @GDutk.9​ , device manager is correctly recognizing the STM32 device on the COM port? And are the leds on STEVAL-MKI109V2 blinking? And are you facing issue also in the FW download on the board through DFU? Regards
