STEVAL-STWINKT1 not connecting to dashboard

Hi, I have a STEVAL-STWINKT1B

I have flashed,

I get this error when trying to connect to the dashboard

How can I solve this?

Have you already checked the Quick Start Guide? Here, you can find all the details you need to properly configure the demo.

• First, do you have the full hardware and software setup needed for this demo? The firmware can run properly by using STEVAL-STWINKT1B evaluation kit with STEVAL-STWINWFV1 (Wi-Fi Expansion). Remind that Wi-Fi module is compatible to 2.4GHz connectivity only. 5GHz is not supported
• Second step, before connecting to the dashboard, you must register your device and download the certificates from the dashboard.
• Then you must upload them into the STWIN board.
• Finally, you should be able to restart the board and start streaming data to the dashboard.

When did you get the error?
