STSW-STWINCELL + Tickless Low Power mode + Monarch GM01Q-STMOD expansion board

I have couple of question for you

1. Is it possible to run STSW-STWINCELL using Tickless Low Power Mode on a Battery? Do you have any other suggestions
2. What drivers and middleware we need to upgrade so we can use Monarch GM01Q-STMOD expansion board with STSW-STWINCELL using STEVAL-STWINKT1B board.

It is bit difficult to procure STEVAL-STMODLTE in Europe.

Looking forward for your response and suggestions.
