Could you show me the temperature accuracy of LIS2DW12 ?

Always look at the datasheet.

In your case: paragraph 2.3 table 5 clearly states +/-15deg offset. Which means you need to do 1-point calibration to get the correct absolute value: offset to be subtracted = temperature from the sensor - actual temperature.

Other parts have smaller offsets thanks to factory calibration.

the datasheet for LIS2DW12 is already online and there is no other datasheet

if you need an accurate environmental temperature sensor, check STTS75
