Unable to read device identification page on M95320.

I am trying to read SPI EEPROM (M95320-DRDW8TP/K) from TI c2000 micro controller with no success. No matter whatever I do, I always receive 0xFF.

HOLD and Write protection lines are tied to HIGH.

Any help would be appreciated.
