UNICLEO GUI BLE connection problems

hello, 

I have programmed my sensorTile with ALLMEMS1 and would like to connect it with UNICLEOGUI via Bluetooth. I have connected the sensor to the PC via Bluetooth and it is connected correctly, but unfortunately, UNICLEO does not recognise my sensor.

How can I solve this?

could you provide more information to help me identify the problem.

What is the version of ALLMEMS1 FW? Is the device paired in Windows?

What is the name of device seen in Bluetooth & other devices section?

I have L476_FP-SNS-ALLMEMS1_4.1.0 and the device paired in Windows.

The name of the device seen is AM1V410

I can confirm that this firmware should work without problems. I am not able to reproduce the behavior reported by you. Similar problem was discussed in following post (View). But unfortunately without a confirmed solution.
