Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)

Hello,

Trying to enter in DFU mode with the STM32CubeProg tool I get an unknown USB device error whenever I connect the SensorTile.box to my computer.

The installation of the STM32CubeProg tool included the ST-LINK drivers and the usbser port driver package.

I ran STM32Bootloader.bat but it seems to fail since the SensorTile.box is still not recognized. I have also tried to install the DFU Drivers manually to no avail.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @GRobl​ , did you follow these steps to correctly enter the dfu mode?

1. Unplug the ST.box battery
2. Open the STM32CubeProg tool
3. Press the BOOT button on the ST.box and plug the USB cable bot ST.box and PC sides
4. Follow the instructions of the attached video
