Hi,

Can I use MEMS libraries such as libMotionAC220_CM4F_GCC_ot.a with STM32F7 and with TrueStudio? as I see these are for CM4.

Thanks,

hi Jumshed, you cannot usually directly use a library written for Cortex-M4 on a microcontroller with Cortex-M7 such as STM32F7... Btw, could you share the link to those libraries? Regards

sure, Here is link for for X-CUBE-MEMS1 https://www.st.com/content/st_com/en/products/embedded-software/mcu-mpu-embedded-software/stm32-embedded-software/stm32cube-expansion-packages/x-cube-mems1.html

Libraries are inside the package, Middlewares\ST\STM32_MotionMC_Library\Lib\MotionMC_CM4F_wc32_ot

I am using same accelrometer and magnetometer and interfaced with stm32f7 based mcu.

Could you please help me how can I port for stm32f7 or any plan to update for stm32f7.

    Thanks,

    Hello @Jumshed Akhtar ,

if you need a library compiled for Cortex-M7 could you please send a ticket through OLS, we should be able to provide it.

    Best regards
