VL53L1x factory default ?

Since there's no information on the registers in the datasheet, and half of the API is in the documentation. I'd like to know if there's a reset/factory default settings for the chip ?

I was building the platform file and sent a lot of crap to the device at multiple random address. I'd like to start on a solide basis, since I can't get the valid conversion flag.
