What are the differences between LSM6DSM and ISM330DLC - are they mechanically and software compatible?

    Hi @CHarr.1​ , the two product are mechanically (in terms of footprint and soldering guidelines) and software (in terms of driver/register map) compatible. The difference between the two products is mainly related to the different qualification process: the LSM6DSM has been submitted to a standard qualification process, while the ISM330DLC has been qualified to guarantee the 10 years longevity and the industrial graded level. There are however other differences related to the max and min spec declared in the datasheet (e.g. at p. 9 of the ISM330DLC datasheet), directly related to the screening / calibration performed at inline tester level.
