What is happening on vibration data output in time-domain if the low pass filter (LPF2) of iis3dwb was set to 1333 Hz? Does the vibration data output in time-domain cannot show any vibration data of 6.3 kHz frequency? Please advise. Thanks!

basically yes, you will get only very attenuated signal above 1333 Hz.
In particular, you can see the amount of attenuation by checking the violet curve in datasheet, p.20:
This mean that a 6.3kHz signal will be attenuated of 20dB. You'll probably see a little signal if the mechanical input event is intense.
