What is IIS2ICLX accuracy and resolution?

Can IIS2ICLX able to provide 3 Min of arc Accuracy and resolution? My application need 3 Min of arc accuracy and 1 min of arc resolution, is IIS2ICLX sensor capable to provide that with calibration?

I'm not sure you can get the 0.05deg resolution (since the resolution also depends on the tilt angle itself), but I suggest you to check this DT0140 Design tip which describes the tilt computation using accelerometer data for inclinometer applications involving IIS2ICLX device.
