What is the difference between LIS2DH12 and LIS3DH? Which is better if I am building Pedometer?

I am building Pedometer with features like step count, calorie burnt. Which sensor is better & will give more calibrated values?

LIS2DH12:

For the pedometer application both sensors will behave the same.
