what is the junction temperature of the LSM6DSV80XTR

In the datasheet of LSM6DSV80XTR maximum junction temperature is not mention. Maximum junction temperature is required to do the thermal calculation. please any guidance how to obtain the maximum junction temperature till which this IC can work safely.

More "thermal calculation" makes no sense.
