What is the top marking of LSM6DSO32X supposed to be? I can't find any information on that. I got one right here, but I can't identify it. Thanks.

The LSM6DSO32X are marked T3, which can also be found on the packaging bag.
The marking 151 stands for the date of manufacture in the form YWW, in this case 2021, cw 51.
