What's the minimum target size for VL53L1X and VL53L3CX ?

Hi, i want to use VL53L1X and VL53L3CX  to detect a small size target (e.g finger,rope) at 1 meter away. i am wandering what's the minimum target size for VL53L1X and VL53L3CX ?

Hi

A finger at 1 m will be difficult to detect, actually the surface is too small and the distance is too long to have enough photons coming back even if the human skill has a quite good IR refelectance ~60%. Anyway, you have better chance with the L1X and the L3CX because the L1X has lens so better sensitivity. Just try it.
