what's voltage on Pin21(CAP) and Pin24(C1) on LSM9DS1 after power-up?

on my board, the voltage on Pin21/ 24 are ~ 0.002v after power-up, it that correct ?

    The schematic is correct and the voltage value you see on CAP and C1 pins are ok.

    For completeness, you can compare your scheme with the one of the LSM9DS1 adapter STEVAL-MKI159V1, shown here below:
