When will the VL53L1X API source code be available

The default application

doesn't allow to use the multi-zone feature mentionned in this

. I believe I'll need to wait for the API source code to be released to get access to this feature. It turns out that as of today, there is no download available on this

Can I get an idea on when such code will be released ?

It is on that page (or, perhaps it is once again on that page).

At the bottom, on the right, is a blue box marked 'get software'. Click that and you get a license agreement and then a link to the actual download.

If you can't see that box, it's probably a javascript issue or something.

No, you didn't make a mistake. Someone at ST detected a bug and the code removed until it was fixed. If you get a chance re-download the latest. They tell me it was a minor issue, but they were worried about it.

Do you think it would be possible to provide a little more detail in the release note than

- SLA0081 Headers harmonisation.

- Identical macro names conflict between VL53L1X and VL53L0X fix.

There are nearly 7000 lines of differences between the two versions (ignoring the change to directory layout) and while a large amount of that is copyright notices, there are still quite a lot of obscure changes.

I submitted a bug report consisting of 16 errors resulting in total loss of data. I haven't worked out yet whether the changes address the faults I found, but I haven't even had an acknowledgement yet. So I'd wait for the next version if I were you.

Yea ,when I had gone through the document about STSW-IMG007 ,it is mentioned there is a folder for Apiexample under Api which is not in the STSW-IMG007.zip file .When will it be updated?

When will VL53L1X linux library will be released?
