Where can I find AIS326DQ failure modes/rates?

Hello everyone.

Does anybody know where can I find AIS326DQ failure modes/rates?

Datasheet does not help much.

And, may be the arrangement of the physical sensors (i.e., whether it is a combination of three independent on-axis senors or a single 3D mems)?
