Why do I get "There was an error loading the App on the board." when I attempt to load any of the example apps?

I am using the SensorTile.box that I just received today. I am using the ST BLE Sensor app Version 4.10.0 on my Pixel 4a downloaded from the Google Play Store. I get the same error on my Pixel 1. The blue LED flashes when the attempt to load is being made. It tries for 10 s before the error window appears.

I answered my own question. The answer is, don't follow the instructions that come on the package. Watch a tutorial video. It will show the whole process.
