    Hello

    I attached the first page from Microchip data-sheet .

    Pl's advice if we have something to offer with the same feature .

    This feature is on some ST6 and on the ST72F589 for instance. Otherwise, we have on some ST7 Flash devices a AWU (Auto Wake Up) feature allowing to do the same thanks to an internal low power RC (no added cost like for Microchip where a second crystal has to be added but less precise timings). We also have the Active-Halt mode (with a precise RTC) but it will consume more.
