1. YES. B fully replace A. A was 1.8V/1MHz capable, B is 1.7V/1MHz  
2. Same Industrial grade 6 (-40°C/+85°C)
3. Yes. It's B
4. No It's stopped. PTN issued in 2012. Only B can be ordered.
