Does POR work even if the power is turned on slowly (even if the rise time is slow)?

No rise time is specified in the data sheet.

Hello,

I don't see any restriction on that:

"5.1.2

At power-up, the device does not

respond to any instruction until VCC reaches the POR threshold voltage."

My interpretation is that there no time out for the POR feature.

The only constraint on VCC that I can see:

"5.1.3

The VCC voltage has to rise continuously from 0 V up to the minimum VCC operating voltage

defined under Operating conditions in Section 9."

Constraints pointed out 5.1.3

I think

"Continuous" = If the rising voltage does not increase or decrease temporarily due to noise etc.
