ADC Input Impedance

    Where can I find a spec for the input impedance of the ADC on the STR912?

    I've looked in the datasheet but don't see it anywhere (one would expect to see it in the ''ADC Electrical Characteristics'' section).

    Can a ST applications engineer please answer this question. This is a very standard spec. that should be in the data sheets.

    FYI I measure 1.3uA.

    I asked the tech Support..

    If AD-Input-Voltage is in the range 0V..VDDQ: Rin> 100MOhm, Cin = 5pF
