any inbuild NFC , BLE and Wifi Available in STM32 Controller . or NFC and BLE like that any combination is available ? Please suggest the MCU .

There are currently several STM32 with built-in BLE, also a ready-to-use module including an antenna.

Currently an external module is required for NFC because there are too many combinations that, depending on the function, also have to provide high transmission power.
