    To use CTS and RTS of UART,

    must be simulate by GPIO?

    any reference code for it?

    You are using the STR750 product I assume?

    Please refer to ''UART example1'' wich includes the configuration of UART0_RTS & UART0_CTS pins and provided with the STR75x software library available on ST web site.
