Does anyone here have experience with these guys?

They seem to have an evaluation board for/with an ST7FLITE09 for just $20:

and an in-circuit programmer for XFLASH devices for $30:

Sounds pretty good for someone on a student's budget, like me. Even with the expenses of importing them to the EU it's a pretty good price.
