    I heard that the ST7FLITE09 is in full production now as well as the 264 family, 321 and 324 family.

    Could someone confirm this is really true and where I can get some samples of ST7FLITE09 from?

    From what I know, the ST7FLITE09 and the super set of the ST72F324 and ST72F264 families are in full production.

    As far as the ST72F321 family is concerned, only the ST72F321J is in production. You will have to wait a little bit longer for the ST72321R and ST72F321AR versions.

    For samples, the best is to contact your local distributor.

    JoJo,

    You are right I've got my samples now of ST7FLITE09M6 and they work great.

    My distributor also proposed to use the pin compatible ST72F521R or AR parts while I wait for my ST72F321 samples.

    I thought I'd let you know in case you are waiting for some.

    Hello,

    I use the ST72F521R9T3 in several applications.

    I wanted verify if it is RoHS complient but when I search it on the website, I don't find it (see link below)
