BOOT PIN,S Setting ???????

    BOOTEN BOOT0 BOOT 1 MEMORY

    0 X X FLASH (Internal)

    1 0 0 FLASH (Internal)

    1 1 0 RAM (Internal)

    1 0 1 System-Memory

    1 1 1 External Memory Bank 0(CS0 AREA : 0x60000000H)

    1) When booting with boot option which is set 1 1 1 according to above, which is prior, CS0 signal or execution of StartupCODE?

    2) In JTAGE DEBUGING MODE, should RAM(Internal) be set to 1 1 0?

    Now debugging is possible although composition of hardware is set to 1 1 1(External flash).

    3) Must V18 Voltage be supplied from external?
