Calculating Thermal constant of Schottky diode

Hello All,

Can you please help in calculating the thermal constant (c= 0.05 /degC) of schottky diode in general? How can i calculate it for any?

Was going through one of STM application note on thermal runaway of schottky diode (STPS80L15C). App note :AN1542
