Can anyone provide me the spice model of an obsolete (not so obsolete as I purchased it in 2019 December) diode with the model number STPSC1206D?

I even tried to find the model (STPSC1206D) on your new rectifier simulator with the following URL:

Even though as per STM the mentioned part number is obsolete I need the spice model as it is a significant part of my Ph.D. study.

I do understand that from a manufacturing point of view the company stopped producing it. However, maybe from the archives, if someone can pull out the model and provide it? I actually am in kind of dire straits here.
