I've attached a picture of a component I'm in need of, but can't find it anywhere online. Can you please help me identify it?

It's on a fog machine that was bought new in 2017/2018.

I cross-checked it on the data-sheet, the Marking ID/Code is the "ME" line

GP510 is a production facility/date code

The G in the upper right indicates it's Halogen free
