Can you please help me identify a chip labeled 393 ST GZ 421 ?

Hi,

I have a problem with a motherboard from a Dell Venue 11 Pro 5130 (T06g001), I think the bios was corrupted during an update. In order to reflash the chip, I first need to identify it. I found a chip that seems to be an EEPROM labeled on the first line with 393 and on the second ST GZ421 (it's the chip from the image bellow).
