CAPS - where is file 91x_caps.c ?

Hi Guys.

AN2361 Application note ''Interfacing with STR91x s/w lib using CAPS''

says that interface file 91x_caps.c is provided with it.

I can't find it anywhere on my PC, looking at the standard libs etc.

Any ideas ?

Zip file next to the pdf file on the ST download page.
