CMOS/BICMOS/BIPOLAR finding for an IC that has no information on datasheet

We are using VN5T006ASP-E in our project. I need to know How to find the whether the IC (VN5T006ASP-E) falls below which of the category CMOS/BICMOS/BIPOLAR?

In general, suggest a common technique to find the IC fabrication technology?

In the data sheet, one wil find the reference to the technology VIPower M0-5. This in turn is explained on the website VIPower. Ultimately, it is the BCD technology developed by STMicroelectronics, i.e. Bipolar CMOS DMOS.
