Cooling surface HiP247-4 package

Hello, i am using the SCTWA60N120G2-4 for a traction inverter. It has a HiP247-4 package and of course needs to be cooled. I did not find any information saying that the cooling surface of the package ist isolated or not isolated. Is there any information, which i was maybe not able to find, regarding the isolation of the cooling surface of the package?

The data sheet of the SCTWA60N120G2-4 shows the pinout of the SiC MOSFET on the first page, which also contains Drain(1, TAB). Here, 1 stands for pin 1 and TAB for the metallic back of the HiP247-4. The TAB is therefore not isolated.
