    Hi,

I like to use the ST7FLITE09 .This has 128 bytes of data EEPROM which i like to utilize fom In application programming .At the same time i like to have the security enabled - ie flash readout proection. My doubt is that when i configure the device for flash read out protection will i still be able to use the data EEPROM for read and write?

Yes, You will be able to still write or read the EEPROM through In-application programming. The read-out protection is applicable for ICC mode. You can see the Flash programming refernce manual on the ST internet.

    Hope this helps.

    bye
