DBGRQS signal

    We have made board and attached trace32 but trace32 is not connected.

    I think this is due to DBGRQS signal that should be high in emulation mode.

    And It seems that trace32 should high the signal. and I don't know how to do that. and I just think there is some option in trace32 to high the signal.

    Currently the signal is pulled-down.

    Please let me know how to do this.
